“This is a recognition of our hard work in improving the services of our airports,” said AP I president director Danang S. Baskoro as reported by on Thursday.

The award was received by an AP I representative during the 27th Airport Council International Africa/World: Annual General Assembly Conference & Exhibition from Oct. 17 to 18 in Mauritius.

The recipients of the awards were determined based on the result of an Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey which measures airport users’ satisfaction.

It surveyed more than 250 airports with 34 indicators, including check points, security screening services, shopping facilities, restaurants and toilets.
