Surf Shoulder Training: Stretch, Mobilize, and Strengthen
I think I’m close to a shoulder operation, and it’s no fun. In all honesty, I’m pretty good with shoulder rehab, training, tissue work and beyond, but sometimes injuries are just too destructive to deal with non-surgically. I bothered my shoulder on Friday doing some heavy sprint work, and those workouts are typically really good for power training and explosiveness.

Tyler Wright Takes ASP WCT Lead
Tyler Wright (AUS), 19, has defeated Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS), 22, in a high-scoring final of 17.80 to 15.67 to win the Colgate Plax Girls Rio Pro in peaky two-to-three foot waves, simultaneously taking the frontrunner position on the 2013 ASP Women’s World Championship Tour (WCT).

April 2013 Tommy Golsby-Smith (11 years old) and his Dad headed to Indo for a father son surf Trip. Started at Balian, then went across to Lombok where Tommy had an accident in the surf. He will be back in September to finish the trip and film him getting barreled off his head. Good times!
High season is coming to Bali

ASC Announce 4-Star West Java Surfing Championship 2013 in Cimaja
The Asian Surfing Championships is delighted to announce that the 4-star ASC sanctioned West Java Surfing Championship 2013 will be held in Cimaja, West Java (province of Sukabumi) from May 31-June 3rd.
