Waves in the 3-4 foot range (1-1.5 meters) were on hand for the final day of the ASP 3-Star Rip Curl Pro Piedras Negras in Ilo, Moquegua, Peru. Santiago Muniz (ARG), 20, came out victorious in the Final over David do Carmo (BRA), 29, at the left hand point break and earned U$ 8,000 and 750 points towards his ASP World Ranking.
