From 2005 onwards, Oakley has sponsored an annual event on the Indonesian surfing tour providing exciting face-offs between the finest athletes in competition.
Oakley to kick off the 2012 Indonesian Surfing Championship and Asian Surfing Championship Tours with the Oakley Pro 12 at Canggu Beach, Bali from 1st April 2012.
In expectation of the swell that would still be lingering around today many trekked out to Canggu early this morning. Including Indonesian professional surfers on the trail of an air for the cover shot of a local magazine and even international pro such as Luke Steds and Jordy Smith.

Heading up the West coast on a lazy Saturday morning proved a good call. 2-3ft waves welcomed us, a much needed pulse of swell in these pre-season days. A couple of early-birds were out and about, clearly having avoided the traps a Friday night in Bali can pose.
