Twelve quakes jolt regions of Indonesia
An analyst with the Pekanbaru Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said on Sunday there had been 12 tectonic earthquakes over the last two weeks.
The latest quakes struck parts of Sulawesi and Singihe islands on March 21 and March 22, respectively, with magnitudes of 6.3 and 5.2 on the Richter scale (RS), the BMKG analyst, Ardhitama, said.
