A solid dose of Indian Ocean swell saw the mythical wave at Padang Padang come alive on Monday morning, and while some fun freesurf barrels were on offer, the invited surfers and contest directors agreed that conditions were neither big enough nor consistent enough to hold the 10-Year Anniversary of the Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang Invitational on this swell.
